- The Panel session of Nucleic Acids 2026 include keynote presentations, plenary speaker talks, Poster Session, Video Presentation session and Young Research Forum (YRF).
- Speakers can participate as an Oral, Poster, and Video presentation as per their convenience
- Students and Young Researchers can participate under the Young Research Forum (YRF).
- The duration of the presentation will be 25-30 minutes; 05-10 minutes will be given for Q/A session after each presentation.
- The presentation format will be PPT or PDF, Video file format.
- First deadline of abstract submission: July 30, 2026.
- The early bird registration deadline: July 31, 2026.
For Speakers

All speakers are requested to arrive at the conference venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session to complete registration and test audio-visual equipment.
Please bring your presentation on a USB drive in one of the following formats: .ppt, .pptx, .pdf.
Presentations must be pre-loaded onto the session computer at least 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Each speaker will be allotted 25–30 minutes for presentation, followed by 05–10 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere strictly to the time limit.
A Session Chair/Co-Chair will moderate the session and indicate when it’s time to conclude your presentation.
If you wish to have your presentation recorded, please inform the Conference Manager at least 2 days prior to the conference.
Please ensure your mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off or on silent mode during the session.
Certificates and mementos for speakers will be distributed after the session or during the closing ceremony.
For Poster Presenters

Poster presenters must report to the Poster Display Area at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session for setup and verification.
Recommended poster size: A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm) in portrait orientation.
Posters must be mounted on the designated display board using the provided materials.
Each poster presenter will be allotted 10–15 minutes for presentation and discussion with judges or attendees.
Poster evaluation will be conducted by the Poster Committee. Awards will be announced during the closing ceremony or as per judges’ discretion.
Presenters should remain near their posters during the scheduled session to interact with attendees and judges.
Presentation format for any accompanying materials: .ppt, .pdf, or printed visuals.

All delegates are advised to carry a valid ID card and conference registration confirmation.
Please be present in your session room at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Keep your presentations concise and visually engaging — avoid overcrowded slides.
Respect the time schedules and instructions of the Session Chair/Organizing Team.
Assistance for technical setup, registration, and logistics will be available at the Help Desk.
Certificates of participation/presentation will be distributed at the end of the conference.
Photography and video recording during sessions are permitted only with prior approval from the organizing committee.

Past Conference Report: Research Wave International successfully hosted the 2nd International Virtual Conference on Nucleic Acids, Genome Biology & Therapeutics, during April 24-25, 2026 | Virtual Conference. The conference focused on the theme “Exploring the Frontiers of Genome Biology & Nucleic Acid Technologies: Advancing DNA & RNA Science for Next-Generation Therapeutics”.
